The harvest of the reeds is a traditional activity in the delta. Sulina, on the coast of the Black Sea, in the Danube delta, is the kilometre 0 of the Danube. An isolated city, once rich and cosmopolite, who struggled after the fall of Ceaucescu and tries to survive today by selling its peace and beauty to tourism industry.
